What is my "Shopping Cart"?
Your "Shopping Cart" is the collection of items you have selected to order. You may always view the items in your cart by clicking "View Shopping Cart" located on the upper left-hand side of the page. When you have added all your selected items to your shopping cart and are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" icon also located on the upper left-hand side of the page. [ Back to top ]

How do I add a product to my "Shopping Cart?" You may purchase products on our Web site by adding them to your "Shopping Cart." Use the menu on the left side of the screen to learn more about each of our products. When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, click on "Add to cart." [ Back to top ]

How do I change the quantity of and/or remove products in my "Shopping Cart?" Once you have added a product to your "Shopping Cart" you may add additional quantities by clicking on "View Your Cart", changing the number in the text box next to the product and beneath "Quantity" and clicking on "Update" beneath the text box. If you wish to remove a product already added to your "Shopping Cart" you can do so by going to "View Your Cart" and clicking on "Remove" beneath the text box. Any update made to your shopping cart will automatically be reflected in your subtotal. [ Back to top ]

How do I complete my order? Begin by clicking on "View Your Cart." Then click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions that lead you through the secure order form. You will be required to log in to your account in order to complete your purchase. [ Back to top ]

How do I use a Coupon Code? Coupon codes are to be entered before completing your sale. To enter a coupon code, click on the "Gift Certificates & Coupon Code" link located on your "Order Summary" page. Type the code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply Coupon Code". This will automatically update your subtotal to reflect your savings. Please note online discounts, coupon codes and promotional offers may only be used for online AlvaDirect.com purchases. The information you provide will only be viewed by those with the proper authorization for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. In the event that we encounter a problem processing your purchase, the email address and/or phone number you have provided will serve as a means to contact you. As soon as you click on the Submit Secure Order button at the bottom of the order form, our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels across the internet. Why has my credit card been denied? Your credit card may be denied for a number of reasons. In an effort to make shopping at AlvaDirect.com (Alva-Amco) as safe as possible, we have set strict standards upon the use of credit cards on our Web site. Please ensure that you have completed all of the required fields on our order form. Check that you have entered your credit card number accurately without any spaces or dashes. How will my order be shipped? Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. U.S. and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS ground, and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Does Alva-Amco ship internationally? Yes, Alva-Amco ships to most countries. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. International orders (not including Canada) ship via US Mail First Class International and can take 10-15 business days to deliver. Please note that international shipping charges do not include your country's customs, duties, brokerage or other fees as they may apply. [ Back to top ]

How much is shipping? For Domestic (continental U.S.) orders less than $50, shipping costs are based on published UPS rates. Orders that are $50 or more (excluding taxes) are SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE - no promotional code needed. For international orders, shipping costs are based on published USPS rates. [ Back to top ]

What is Alva-Amco's return/exchange policy?   In order to expedite the return process, please note the following:

Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
Securely pack the remaining unused portion of the item in an appropriate shipping box/envelope with a copy of the original Alva-Amco order invoice.
Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs.
